Is everything mint in box?

We aim to supply items in mint, boxed condition wherever possible. However, minor imperfections can occasionally occur due to manufacturer quality control, which is beyond our control.

We carefully inspect all items before dispatch and will never ship anything in poor condition. As collectors ourselves, we understand how important box and figure condition is.

For pre-loved collectibles, please refer to the product description for full details of any flaws, imperfections, signs of wear or box damage.

Shipping

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our dispatch time is typically 2–4 business days. Once dispatched, shipping usually takes 2–3 business days. International delivery times vary depending on the product and destination.

Which courier do you use?

Most orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48. For higher-value items, we upgrade to a next-day guaranteed service for added security.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship worldwide to all destinations serviced by Royal Mail.

UK orders: Shipping is free on orders over £50, with a £4.50 charge for orders under this amount.

International orders: Shipping costs vary depending on size and weight and will be calculated at checkout.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time.

Returns and Refunds

Do you offer returns?

As a small business, we kindly ask customers to be mindful when placing orders, as frequent returns can have a significant impact on us.

That said, we do accept returns within 7 days of delivery. For change-of-mind returns or minor issues, return postage is the responsibility of the buyer, and store credit will be issued once the item is received and inspected.
